You are entitled to a full refund if:

• We have not started work on your project
• We cannot deliver your project within a reasonable timeframe
• There is a technical issue that prevents us from completing your project

Partial Refund

A partial refund may be issued if work has commenced but is not completed due to circumstances within our control. The refund amount will be proportional to the work completed.

No Refund

Refunds are not available if:

• The final product has been delivered and approved
• You have used all included revision rounds
• You change your project requirements significantly after work has begun
• You are dissatisfied with the style after approving the initial draft

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
